Will Poli is the Managing Principal and Head Coach of Target Rock Coaching.

After nearly 20 years as an executive in the financial services and financial technology industries, Will took his natural optimism, positive energy and love for helping others to the coaching world.

Will uses his approachable style, infectious enthusiasm and humor to motivate and inspire individual clients and teams.

He is a graduate of Boston University and an alumnus to such firms as Morgan Stanley, UBS, Wellington Management, Commonwealth Financial Network, MSCI, and the Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE.) Will received his coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and he is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Will is also an accomplished public speaker utilizing his many years of experience as an actor and writer. He has served as a keynote speaker for conferences and sales trainings around the U.S.A. In his free time, you can find him on his paddleboard, playing tennis, practicing yoga or spending as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters.
