Process and Packages
Coaching is a co-creative and collaborative partnership. Our approach is structured and process oriented yet allows for flexibility for unique situations. Coaching is rarely a ‘one and done’ engagement, and because coaching is forward looking, goal-oriented and outcome focused, coaching relationships usually have a beginning, middle and end. Coaching relationships typically range from a few months to a year, depending on the size and scope of a client’s goals.
